Refund for cancelled event
They cancelled the race in my city, offering only the same ticket to another race for the rest of the year. However, that means I now have to travel and spend hundreds of dollars just to have the same experience.
They offer nothing else because they only have a 48-hour refund period. I bought the tickets at the race since they advertised that it would return in 2025.

I paid for a prepaid photo package..I emailed them and their 3rd party company sportograf. Sportograf responded and stated they don't have my photo link and spartan didn't respond at all. I'm so furious

Trying to get help

Ill never run or suggest a spartan race again. Why would you offer somthing that you will not uphold. I tried for a week a not a soul contacted me other than vertually.
This race is a joke. Thank you for not caring about your customers an marathon runners

This is a fake hope to say it works just 3 weeks. My son used this shampo for more than 6 months but no result. Do not use this product. It this not effective
I bought three bottles of Spartan Shampoo for my son. He used all of them but no any improvement like they advertised.
They said that you ll see result in 3werks from using this product. This is fake ads.
They give people fake hope. They should stop advertising for this product instead of giving false hope

Charged but can't complete registration
I was trying to input my info - to be followed by my partners info and it would t let me finish looped back I tried again and it charged me twice. Still would not let me finish inputting info
. I ended up cancelling charges through my credit card company and am still NOT registered for the event :(

Injury due to hidden/unmarked barbed wire
Nearly ripped out my left eye on barbed wired that was disguised and decorated to look like halloween decorations/cobwebs. This was unmarked and before the actual start of the event.
Other barbed wire obstacles were clearly marked. I had no idea it was actually barbed wire until I felt my eyelid tearing. Pretty *** poor planning on that one guys!
I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else ever, hurt like a MFer. Ended up with a few stitches in my eyelid...and the barb went through the lid and tore a 6mm gash just above my cornea...doc said had it been a bit lower I woulda left my lens hanging with the rest of the "decorations"...not cool.
Preferred solution: Well def put a damper on our group of 4s run. I don't really know how you make it right..
